The Indian Institutes of Education and Science Research (IISER) has announced the counseling schedule for IISER Admissions 2026. Candidates who have qualified the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in round 1 of admission from July 24 at 5 PM.According to the schedule, the 1st round admission period will remain open till July 28 at 5 PM. Second round admission offers will be available from August 1 (5:00 PM) to August 5 (5:00 PM). Third round admission offers will be released from August 10 (5:00 PM) to August 13 (5:00 PM).Candidates will have to login to the IISER official admission portal during the respective counseling rounds to check their admission offer and complete the seat acceptance process within the stipulated time.The institutes have advised the candidates to complete all the admission formalities on time. Individuals who do not accept their allocated seat by the deadline may lose their offer of admission.
IISER 2026 seat acceptance fee
Candidates who receive an offer of admission will be required to pay the place acceptance fee to confirm their place.Candidates belonging to General Section, Economically Weaker (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Other Backward Classes-Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Kashmiri Pandit and Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) will be paid from categories R035 to 0. This amount includes a non-refundable administrative fee of Rs.10,000.Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will have to pay Rs 17,500 including a non-refundable administrative fee of Rs 5,000.
