Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has been discharged from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai after undergoing shoulder surgery. After his release, his wife Anna Lezhneva shared an update on his health and thanked the doctors.

Anna Lezhneva took to her Instagram account to share photos from the hospital. Thanking the medical team, he wrote, “Today, we were released from the hospital, and our hearts are full of gratitude.”She also wrote: “I am so grateful to this amazing team for their exceptional care of my husband and for performing his surgery with the utmost care and skill. We knew he was in the best hands, and this gave our family the most precious thing – peace of mind.”Thanking the doctors for their kindness and dedication, he added, “Thank you not only for your expertise, but for your kindness, dedication and compassion throughout this journey. We will always be grateful.”

The ‘They Call Him OG’ star underwent surgery on July 11 for a long-term injury to his right shoulder. The operation took about three and a half hours. He was discharged from the hospital on July 15 after doctors confirmed his recovery.According to the Jana Sena party, Pawan suffered severe injuries on both shoulders, which remained untreated for years. His right shoulder has undergone surgery, while the left shoulder is expected in about two months.The doctors have advised him to start physiotherapy three weeks after the operation. He also said that it will take about four months for the operated shoulder to heal. After his recovery, Pawan Kalyan will return to his hometown in Hyderabad before slowly returning to work.On the front, he was last seen in Harish Shankar’s ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’. It featured Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna in pivotal roles. The film was released in theaters alongside Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.Looking ahead, he is expected to reunite with director Sujeeth as he works on his next ‘They Call Him OG’.
