Prince Harry has opened up about his upbringing, revealing that he shows affection for his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, when he spends time with his own children. The Duke recalled how Diana would hug him and her brother, the Prince of Wales, “as tightly as she could,” which she would give to her son and daughter after a difficult day.In a recent podcast, Harry shared the important moment his children, Prince Archie (seven) and Princess Lilibet (five), visited their grandfather, the King. It was their first meeting in four years, which made the occasion very special for the family. The Duke was warm and candid in an interview with Celebrity Traitors star and former England rugby union player Joe Marler about his parenting wisdom.

Harry replied, “exercise, sports and finding time to go somewhere, do something.Repetition is good, make it a habit.” He added that “Boxing, another thing I enjoy, is to stop the violence, to sweat.
