NEET OMR 2026 Sheet: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the scanned images of the OMR answer sheets and recorded the answers of the candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. The documents have been uploaded on the official NEET portal, while scanned copies of the OMR answer sheets have also been sent to the candidates through their registered email addresses.The facility allows candidates to review the answers captured during the scanning process and raise objections if they find any discrepancy between the marked answers and the recorded answers. NTA has clarified that the answer key challenge process is now over and no further objections against the answer key will be entertained.Challenge facility available for recorded responsesCandidates can file online challenges against registered answers till 11.00 am on 15th July 2026. A processing fee of Rs.200/- per challenged answer is payable online through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Challenges submitted without payment or through any other modality other than the online portal will not be taken into account.To access the documents, candidates need to login with their application number and password. NTA has also introduced a two-factor authentication system, which requires candidates to verify their identity using a one-time password sent to their registered mobile number and email address before viewing the scanned OMR sheet and recorded answers.Procedure for submission of allegationsThe challenge portal allows candidates to compare the high-resolution scanned OMR sheet with the answers captured by the scanning system. If any recorded answer differs from the answer marked on the physical OMR sheet, candidates can select the relevant question and indicate the option they claim to have marked.As per the addendum issued by NTA, candidates can also report errors in capturing vital data fields like roll number, booklet number or set code. The system automatically calculates the total processing fee based on the number of challenges submitted. After successful payment candidates have to submit online challenge and download acknowledgment page for future reference.Instructions issued by NTANTA has advised the candidates to check the scanned OMR sheet carefully before submitting any objection. Only answers marked by completely darkening a single circle with a blue or black pen will be treated as valid. The agency has also warned that doctored or manipulated OMR images submitted during the challenge process will be treated as unfair means cases, which may result in debarment or legal action.
