BSEB issues D.El.Ed. institute list, set July 15 deadline for correction of errors by email
Bihar School Examination Board has released the official list of recognized D.El.Ed. institutions for the 2026 academic session and asked the colleges to verify their details. Any discrepancies must be reported by email with supporting documents by 5:00pm on 15 July 2026, as off-line or off-line submissions will not be accepted.

BSEB publishes D.El.Ed. list of the institute: The Tomorrow’s school exam board (BSEB) has published the official list of recognized and affiliated institutions authorized to teach the Diploma of Primary Education (D.El.Ed.) program for the 2026 academic session. Along with publishing the list, the board has directed all the institutions to check the details carefully and report any discrepancy before the stipulated deadline.The latest notification applies to both government and private teacher training institutions that have received National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognition. BSEB has made it clear that institutes must ensure that the information published is accurate as corrections will be accepted only within the specified time frame.

Objections can only be submitted by email

The board has issued strict guidelines regarding the objection process. Institutions that identify any errors must file a formal representation by email only.Objections must reach BSEB by 5:00 PM on 15 July 2026. Any representation received after the deadline will not be considered.The board has also clarified that objections sent by post or any offline mode will be rejected. Only emails sent to coevividhbseb@gmail.com within the stipulated time will be accepted for review.

How institutes can raise objections

Institutions requesting corrections to the published list must follow the procedure laid down by BSEB:

  • Visit the official website of BSEB and access the D.El.Ed. list of the institute
  • Carefully verify all information related to the institution.
  • Prepare a formal objection clearly mentioning the errors that need to be corrected.
  • Attach all relevant supporting documents.
  • Send the complete representation through the official email of the institution to coevividhbseb@gmail.com.
  • Please ensure that the email reaches BSEB before 5:00 PM on 15 July 2026.
