Veteran Marathi actor Medha Manjrekarthe wife of a film producer and actress Mahesh ManjrekarHe has revealed that he has been diagnosed with cancer. Medha revealed in her speech that she has successfully completed one phase of her treatment. Remembering the experience, he chose to focus on the kindness he received throughout his journey rather than the illness.He wrote: “As one phase of my treatment ends and my birthday approaches, I find myself looking back and not at the disease. Not for surgery. Not to chemotherapy. Not on radiation. I remember grace.”He continued to say: “Looking back, I know that this did not happen by accident. This was God’s way of holding my hand. During this journey, I realized that God always appears before us in divine forms.”

Medha also thanked the people who took care of her during the treatment. He wrote, “When therapy took away my appetite, someone always knew what I could eat. A box of dhoklas. Soft idlis. Gulpapdi, Pani puri the day I suddenly craved it. A simple meal… Wrapped in a wonderful love.”His daughter, an actress Saiee Manjrekarresponded to the post with an emotional message, replying, “galllllll so powerful.”Several Marathi films, incl Swapnil JoshiNeena Kulkarni, and others extended their support and wished Medha a speedy recovery.Over the years, Medha Manjrekar has been appreciated for her performances in Marathi cinema. She appeared in several popular films including ‘Kaksparsh’, ‘De Dhakka’, ‘Natsamrat’, ‘Fakta Ladh Mhana’, ‘Juna Furniture’, and ‘Dabangg 3’.Medha got married Mahesh Manjrekar in 1995. Mahesh Manjrekar was diagnosed with advanced bladder cancer in 2021.
