The Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has announced the Second Round Seat Allotment Result 2026 of Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) for July 2026 session. Candidates who participated in the second round of counseling can now check the allotment status by downloading the result PDF from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.The second round seat allotment has been released for admission to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctor of Medicine (DM – 6 years) and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh – 6 years) programs offered by AIIMS and other participating Institutes of National Importance (INIs).As per the official notification, the allotment of seats has been worked out based on the INI CET rank of the candidates, the options filled during the counseling process and availability of seats.Candidates who have been allotted seats will have to complete the online acceptance process and report to their allotted institute for document verification and admission formalities by 16th July 2026. Those who fail to complete the admission process within the given time may lose their allotted seat.The institute has also informed that the July 2026 counseling process will conclude with round 2 and no more regular counseling rounds will be conducted. Candidates for the allotted seats in this round have to accept the allotted institute as per the prescribed schedule.
How to check INI CET 2026 Second Round Seat Allotment Result
Candidates can follow the below steps to download the second round seat allotment result:
- Visit the official website of AIIMS exam at aiimsexams.ac.in.
- Click on “INI CET July 2026 Session Online Seat Allotment Second Round Result” link under Results and Announcements section.
- The Seat Allocation PDF will open on the screen.
- Use Ctrl + F to search your roll number and check your allotted institute and course.
- Download and save the PDF for future reference.
