CSIR-UGC NET 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Early Exam City Intimation Sheet for the candidates appearing in the CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 Joint Exam. The city notice sheet is available on the official website of CSIR-UGC NET and can be accessed using application number and password.The CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 Joint Examination will be conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode to determine the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor, appointment as Assistant Professor with admission to Ph.D., and admission to Ph.D. in Indian Universities and Colleges only. The agency has clarified that the exam city file is issued only to inform candidates about the city where their exam center will be located.The exam schedule has been announcedAs per the official announcement, the exam will start with Life Sciences on 17th July 2026 from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM. Mathematical Sciences will be held on the same day from 15.00 to 18.00 hours, followed by Physical Sciences during the second shift.On July 18, 2026, Chemical Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences will be held in the morning shift from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. The exam will be conducted as per the schedule published by NTA. The municipal document is not the admission cardNTA has stated that city advance intimation sheet should not be treated as admit card for exam.
