ICAI CA September-November 2026 registrations begin

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the online registration process for the September to November 2026 Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations. Eligible candidates can now submit their exam forms through the CA Self Service Portal (SSP).According to the official calendar, the application process starts on July 6, 2026. Candidates can submit their forms without late payment until July 19, while late fee applications will be accepted until July 22, 2026.The institute has also announced that candidates will get a correction window from July 23 to July 25, 2026 to make changes to their examination city, examination medium or other permitted details.ICAI has clarified that the exam forms will be accepted only in online mode.

ICAI CA September-November Exam calendar 2026

The September-November exam cycle includes CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, CA Final and two post-qualification member exams.

International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT-AT) November 11 and 13, 2026
Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) technical exam. 6, 9, 11 and 13 November 2026

Exam timesMost exams will be held from 2 to 5 p.m.However, CA Foundation Papers 3 and 4 will be two hours long, while CA Final Paper 6 and the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT-AT) will be four hours long.Candidates will also have 15 minutes of advance reading time starting at 1:45 PM before the start of the exam. This facility will not be available for Core Papers 3 and 4 and Post-Qualification Examinations.

Examination fee

For exam centers in India, the fee structure is as follows:

CA Intermediate (single group) 1500 rupees
CA Intermediate (both groups) 2700 rupees
CA final (single group) 1800 rupees
AC final (both groups) 3,300 rupees

Candidates can choose to write the Basic, Intermediate and Final examinations in either English or Hindi.ICAI has also stated that once the examination calendar is announced, the dates will not be changed, even if any examination day is subsequently declared a holiday by the Central or State Government.Candidates are advised to complete the application process before the deadline to avoid late fee payment and check all the details carefully before submitting the exam form.
