According to an ANI report, the court case involves the use of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning and deep learning.Speaking on the issue, it was heard by Justice Jyoti Singh after Ravi Kishan filed a suit for protection against misuse of his name on social media and online.The court also ordered the removal of URLs allegedly containing pornography, pornography and artificial intelligence using the identity of Ravi Kishan. The protestors and the concerned registrants were asked to remove the listed URLs within three days of receiving the order.The court also said that if they fail to do so, platforms such as Meta, Google and X must start removing the affected URLs within 72 hours of being notified.

According to the lawsuit filed by Ravi Kishan, several websites and social media accounts have allegedly uploaded reels, fake news, AI-generated videos and pornography using his name and image without permission. He also said that other websites use his name in search terms and URLs to host pornography.The High Court has issued summons in this regard.
