State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has released Pre-Entrance Test (PET) Admit Card 2026 for admission to 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course for the 2026-28 academic year.Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms can now download their hall tickets from the official website, scertpet.co.in. The admit card is a mandatory document and must be brought to the examination center on the day of the test.As per the official schedule, SCERT Assam PET 2026 will be conducted on 12th July 2026 while the result is scheduled to be declared on 27th July 2026.

SCERT Assam PET Exam 2026 Details
The PET is being conducted for admission to the 2-year program of Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) offered by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) recognized teacher training institutes including District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs), College of Teacher Education (CTEs), Normal Schools, Basic Training Centers and Private Institutes (BPTEI) and Private Centers (BTPEI)The examination center allotted to each candidate has been indicated in the admit card. The centers have been allocated based on the district selected by the candidates during the application process and are located in the teacher training institutes of the chosen district.Candidates are advised to carefully check all the details printed on their admit card and carry it along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre. Those who do not present the admission card will not be able to appear for the exam.
