I saw this compelling character with real depth and she had the opportunity to entertain and I think that’s really rare, especially for women in cinema. Also, I think that what is happening is not really visible and I think it’s time to stop putting women in movies just to watch, because of dance or music or role, because of shows.“He added, “I think the audience has changed; they are open to new stories and they don’t ask if a soldier is male or female anymore. They just want to be entertained; they want to move. If the character is written honestly and the story is relevant, people will accept it and I believe that’s the way most films are going and I’m happy to be a part of that journey.”
