Despite having one of the biggest stars of Bollywood as his uncle, Ayaan has been determined to find a place on his merits and efforts. While working with Salman has given him valuable experience and knowledge, he said that he does not want to be fed or privileged because of his association with his family.
What is the dynamic like when Ayaan Agnihotri works with Salman Khan?
In an interview with News18, Ayaan was asked about the creative process of working with Salman and whether the uncle-nephew relationship takes a back seat when the cameras start rolling or if he adds something special to the story. He said, “It’s a mix of both. Mum is very conscientious about work. She expects everything to be done. You have to be there, do the work, and be responsible. They will not walk around you. + He will tell you, ‘This is what you must do. This is what you should do with it. Now keep doing that.’ So in many ways, it’s good to know that at the time, it’s just working. What must be done must be done. After that, of course, there is another element of parenting and mentoring that comes into play. “He added, “But at the same time, he doesn’t waver. He makes it clear that you have to do it first. Once you’re done, he’ll tell you what he says about it. But he doesn’t come and do that part for you. It’s like, ‘This is a beat. You read. You write. You think with Vishal.’ Or, ‘This is what I shot. This is a guide. Now go see how you should shoot your side.’ So basically he says, ‘Go and do it yourself.They cannot help you at that time, because that is your journey and your responsibility. But after that he will always give his guidance.

When asked about growing up in a family full of artists and what his relationship is like Salim Khan and Salman will help him separate the real family support from the outside ideas, and if this clarity has changed the way he portrays himself as Agni, Ayaan gave a steady and refreshingly honest answer. He clearly stated that the way things are seen on the outside is very different from the way people feel inside. He said, “The way we see it from the inside is very different, for us it’s just mum and dad. That’s how our family lives. We are not looking from the inside out. The importance of those relationships is not based on social media stats or anything like that. A family is a family. The family is united first. Everything that happens abroad is not what we see at home. Ghar ke liye, it’s just a family.”
