Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has declared the results of Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can now check and download their rank cards by visiting the official website, astu.ac.in.Assam CEE is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs offered by engineering colleges across the state.The entrance exam was held on 14 June 2026, in offline mode. The test lasted three hours and consisted of 120 multiple-choice questions with a total of 480 points. The paper included three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with 40 questions in each section. The question paper was available in both English and Assamese. Candidates were awarded four marks for each correct answer, while one mark was deducted for each incorrect answer.Before announcing the result, ASTU had released the provisional answer key on June 14 after 6 PM. Candidates could raise objections through the answer key challenge window till June 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM. After reviewing the objections received, the university prepared the final answer key and declared the results.

What happens after Assam CEE Result?

Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are required to register for the counseling process. After registration, they will have to fill in their preferred studies and courses. The counseling process will include document verification followed by seat allotment.Candidates who are allocated a place must complete the admission process by paying the required admission fee within the stipulated time to confirm their place.
