MHT CET 2026 Final Merit List: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the MHT CET 2026 Final Merit List today on its official websites, cetcell.mahacet.org and fe2026.mahacet.org. Candidates seeking admission to BE and BTech programs through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) will be able to download the final merit list PDF after its release.The final merit list has been prepared using the candidates’ MHT CET scores and class 12 marks. Allotment of engineering seats will be done on the basis of the final merit list, candidates’ preferred college and course choices submitted during the CAP and availability of seats. The CAP round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on 2nd August 2026.Details available in final merit listThe MHT CET Final Merit List will include Candidate Name, Application ID, MHT CET Percentile Score, State Merit Rank, Category Merit Rank if applicable, JEE Main Merit Rank for All India Candidates, Reservation Category Details, Reservation Category Details and Eligibility Status. It will also show subject wise percentile scores, PCM percentage in class 12, subject wise PCM marks, class 10 percentage, maths, science and English marks along with PwD, EWS, TFWS, orphan and minority status wherever applicable.Filling choice and seat allocation scheduleCandidates whose names appear in the final merit list can participate in the Round 1 CAP choice filling process from July 28 to 30 by selecting their preferred engineering schools and programs. The State CET Cell will prepare the first seat allotment list based on the final merit list, the options submitted by the candidates and availability of seats. The first round allotment result will be released on August 2nd.How candidates can download the merit listCandidates should visit cetcell.mahacet.org or fe2026.mahacet.org and open MHT CET 2026 admission portal. After accessing the notification section, they should click on the final merit list PDF link, verify the details and download the document. Candidates will need their application number and password to access the merit list. If two candidates achieve the same percentile, preference will be given in order of higher marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, followed by the older candidate. The state CET cell has also withdrawn the revised engineering seat acceptance fee structure, with the CAP seat acceptance fee remaining at Rs 1,000, unchanged from last year.
