DU UG Admission 2026: Revised CSAS Round 2 Schedule; accept seats before July 27

The University of Delhi (UoD) has revised the second round Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2026 undergraduate (UG) admissions schedule. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the second round can accept their seat and download the allotment letter through the official admission portal, admission.uod.ac.in. As per the revised schedule, candidates can confirm their allotted seats till 27th July 2026. After the candidates accept their seats, the colleges will verify and approve the applications by 28th July 2026. The last date for the candidates to pay the admission fee online is 29th July 2026. The university will start the 2026-27 academic session from July 28, 2026.

University of Delhi has also released the second round college cutoffs for all participating colleges. In the second round of admissions:

  • 24,814 candidates received new seat allocations.
  • 30,682 candidates were upgraded to a higher preference course or university.
  • 15,265 candidates had already frozen their seats after the first round and retained their previous allotments.

Candidates who selected the upgrade option after Round 1 were considered for higher preference programs or colleges in Round 2, while those who chose to freeze their seats continued with their previously allotted seats.

About DU UG 2026 admissions

Delhi University is conducting admissions to 73 degree programs and more than 100 subject combinations of Bachelor of Arts (BA) program offered in 67 affiliated colleges. Admissions are being made based on candidates’ 2026 Common Undergraduate University Entrance Test (CUET UG) scores. Candidates are advised to complete all the admission formalities within the revised deadlines to secure the allotted seats.
