Union Bank of India (UBI) has declared the result of Apprentice Recruitment 2026 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who appeared for the online written examination conducted by BFSI SSC on July 7, 2026, can now check the list of provisionally selected candidates on the official website, unionbankofindia.bank.in.The bank has released the result in PDF format which contains the roll numbers of the candidates who have been provisionally selected for the apprenticeship. A detailed communication regarding report submission venue and date of completion of pre-recruitment formalities will only be sent to registered email IDs of selected candidates.It is important to note that the selection is provisional and subject to verification of all eligibility conditions mentioned in the recruitment notification dated 28th April 2026.
Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2026 : Final selection process
Final selection of candidates will be subject to successful completion of the following phases:
- Verification of the eligibility criteria and the required documentation.
- Language proficiency test, if applicable.
- Submission of medical fitness certificate as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.
Documents required for the complaint
Apprenticeship shortlisted candidates will be required to carry the following documents while appearing for pre-recruitment formalities:
- Ten passport size photographs (the same as those uploaded on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal).
- Proof of permanent address and correspondence.
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) card or proof of PAN allotment.
- Aadhaar card.
- Original educational certificates and mark sheets including matriculation or class 10 certificates, degree certificate and mark sheets.
- Valid caste certificate for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, if applicable.
- Disability Certificate of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates, if applicable.
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate valid for the financial year 2025-26, if applicable.
- A set of stand-alone photocopies of all certificates and identity documents.
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered General Practitioner with a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

The bank has also clarified that no separate communication will be sent to the candidates who have not been selected. It added that while every effort has been made to prepare the result accurately, it reserves the right to correct any errors. The bank’s decision on the selection process will be final and binding.
