The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) has released the RRB Group D Exam 2025 City Intimation Paper for the candidates appearing in the Computer Based Test (CBT). Applicants can now download their exam city details by visiting the official website of their respective regional RRB and logging in with their registration credentials.The recruitment drive is going on to fill 22,195 Group D Vacancies in Indian Railways. The CBT is scheduled to be held from August 3 to August 21, 2026. The Exam City Information Sheet enables candidates to know their allotted exam city and other exam-related details before the release of the admit card, which will be issued four days before the relevant exam date.
How to Download RRB Group D Exam City Paper
Candidates can follow these steps to access Exam City Intimation Sheet:1. Visit the official website of the concerned regional RRB.2. Click on RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 link.3. Enter registration number and password or date of birth.4. Complete the captcha verification and login.5. Check the exam city details displayed on the screen.6. Download and save the sheet for future reference.Exam city document includes candidate name, roll number, roll number, exam date, exam shift, report time, exam city allotted, RRB region concerned and travel authority details for eligible SC and ST candidates. Candidates should immediately contact the concerned RRB if they notice any discrepancy in the information provided.Exam guidelines and selection processCandidates will have to carry a hard copy of the admit card along with an original photo ID on the day of the exam. They should verify all the details mentioned in the admit card and exam city sheet and reach the exam center at least 15 minutes before the report submission time.The use of mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, headphones, electronic devices and study material is prohibited inside the examination hall. Biometric verification will also be performed during the examination process.Selection will be based on a single stage CBT followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET), document verification and medical examination.CBT Pattern and Vacancy DetailsThe CBT will be conducted for 90 minutes and will consist of 100 questions. The paper will include 25 questions each from General Science and Mathematics, 30 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning and 20 questions from General Awareness and Current Affairs. One-third of a mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer and normalization will be applied to CBT scores.Among the 22,195 vacancies, 11,032 are for Sight Keeper Grade IV, 5,053 for Pointsman-B and 1,509 for Assistant Signal and Telecom. Candidates up to three times the total number of vacancies will be shortlisted for physical efficiency test.
