The Consortium of NLUs has announced the CLAT PG 2027 exam schedule, confirming that the online application process will open on August 3. The national entrance test, used for LL.M. Admissions to participating National Law Universities and recruitment by various public sector companies is scheduled for December 6. Applicants can submit applications until October 31.

CLAT PG 2027 published notification: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has issued a notification regarding CLAT PG 2027 exam date on the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The examination is essential for the admission of candidates to the one-year LLM program in national law universities in India. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT PG) also acts as a means of recruitment in various PSUs for legal posts. As per the official notification, the online registration process will start from 3rd August 2026 and will end on 31st October 2026.

The consortium confirms the exam calendar

The announcement follows the meetings of the Executive Committee and the Governing Council of the Consortium held on July 18, during which the recommendations of the CLAT Committee of Experts were reviewed. Based on these discussions, the Consortium finalized the exam schedule for CLAT 2027.The official press release, issued on July 22, states that the application portal will be operational from August 3. The Consortium has also indicated that more details about the admission process and counseling will be released in due course.
