WB JECA 2026 OMR Sheets, Recorded Answers posted on wbjeeb.nic.in; objection window open until July 24

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) images and machine recorded answers for the candidates who appeared in the Joint Entrance Examination for Computer Applications (JECA) 2026.Candidates can now log on to the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, to download their OMR sheets and recorded answers.The board has also opened the answer checking centre. Candidates who are not satisfied with their recorded answers can raise objections till 11.59 pm on 24th July 2026.To challenge an answer, candidates have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹500 per answer through net banking, debit card or credit card. The board has said that applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.As per the official advertisement, the candidates have to present all the objections in one sitting. If the payment is not satisfactory, the appeal request will not be considered.The answer sheet also shows the candidate’s question paper number and OMR sheet number. If candidates find any mistake in these details, they should report it by sending an email to info@wbjeeb.in before the last date.For Category I questions, where only one option is correct, the answers are displayed as A, B, C or D. For Category II questions, where more than one option may be correct, the portal displays the combination of the selected answers.Unattempted questions are marked with a ‘-‘, while questions with invalid multiple choice answers are marked with a ‘*’.

After reviewing all objections, WBJEEB will prepare final scores and rankings based on the reviewed responses, where applicable. The board has clarified that its decision on all challenges will be final and no further appeals or communications on objections will be accepted.
